Workhorse

Inspired by the skull this piece was built around. The skull was gifted to me by a fellow artist. It sits upon a box I found dumpster diving that is illuminated with imagery from human history highlighting points where the horse has helped mankind. Mixed media included is; Glass bead necklace, porcelain toys, plastic figures, chamois, bullet casings, rusted metal ring, brass plant stand, fragments of horse tack, sage and cedar bundle.
