Mother Vessel

Inspired by an ancient sea turtle skull that was gifted to me years ago. This is a cast wax vessel with direct wax construction of a head and snake-inspired neck joined through the process of welding wax sheets together and applying warm wax over the form like clay then firming up with a putty knife to suggest a rugged, primal surface.
